More New Zealand

I have walked on a big ice glacier today! In Franz Josef, west coast @ the south island in New Zealand. With "brodder" on our shoes we walked on the hard, blue ice tops, and in between huge ice waves. We saw the incredible view over the beautiful New Zealand landscape. The great glacier in the middle, and, actually, rain forest all around. Unfortunately we ended up walking with the "slow" group, with grandma's and "people without great confidence", because Tiffany and I were not paying attention to the guide when he made the groups.. Yes, our fault :p But we had a great trip! I have to put out some pictures for you guys. Sorry about that. But it takes AGES to upload them.

Since I wrote last time, we have been to Melbourne to visit a couple of friends I got in Vietnam. There we got to stay at the nicest hotel in Melbourne!! Because that is where my dear friend lives :) Luxury backpacking!! And Chris, his name, had this great week planned for us. We lived the Melbourne life. We saw a couple of comedy shows (comedy festival), ate out a lot, went camping @ great ocean road (witch is one of the nicest places in Australia I have heard) with him and a few friends of his, we had a barbecue at the hotel next to the pool and spa, I joined Chris and his personal trainer one morning (i should never have done that. Steps were my enemies the next three days), saw some great art galleries, had a few nights out with the guys and Tiffany. I went to a dance class with a friend of chris, and more. Great week!

Now we are in New Zealand, and the first days here have been rainful. VEEERY rainful. The road broke down, so we got stuck in a small town (no.. there were just a small motel there actually). But its all good. Nature is just like in Norway, but maybe a little more beautiful, if I have to compare.

I am thinking of the people back home. My niece who I miss very much, my friend who are going to be russ in just a few days!! My family all over the country and in other countries. Friends back home, and the ones I have got when traveling. I miss you all. Its weired to just go from place to place, but its a beautiful lifestyle and i like it :) But of course, Tiffany knows I have my ups and downs.. and I hers :p

Hugs from me!
